A Song I Composed Using Garageband on My iPhone Whilst Laying in Bed Between Midnight and 2 AM

It’s called “Softly (I want)” and I was up way, way too late working on this. It’s a demo, a rough sketch perhaps, but the fact that I made this on my phone still amazes me. Also, it captures something of what I’ve been feeling lately, so there’s that. Let me know what you think.

Hey, I thought that it was beautifully haunting. Were there other words? it almost sounded as a quiet “help me. help me”? It is very amazing that you did this on your phone! Very lovely and sad.

It’s actually the word “softly” that you are hearing.

Does that help it be less sad? 🙂

yes.” softly” is better than “help me”
